See the signal. Trace the evidence. Decide with clarity.

SPECTRA is Spectrometer's AI-powered monitoring, intelligence and decision-support platform. It brings fragmented public information into a structured evidence base, helping teams examine relevance, sentiment, themes and geographic context — with findings connected to their sources, and a controlled, human-reviewed path from insight to action.

The problem it addresses

Important public discussion is fragmented across social platforms, video platforms, news and RSS feeds and the public web — spread across locations, subjects and actors, all moving at once. Manual tracking does not scale, and responding late, from incomplete information, or mistaking online noise for meaningful evidence is a real decision risk.

One disciplined path from signal to decision

  1. 01

    Define scope

Teams create monitors around people, policies, organisations, locations, issues, events or messages that matter to them.

  2. 02

    Collect

Supported public sources are collected into one evidence repository, each item retaining its source and original link.

  3. 03

    Assess relevance

Material is checked and scored to reduce loose matches, duplication and noise — not every keyword hit is evidence.

  4. 04

    Analyse patterns

Sentiment, themes, recurring voices and geographic context are examined over time.

  5. 05

    Support decisions

Every figure drills through to the underlying items, so conclusions stay connected to evidence.

  6. 06

    Measure outcomes

The effect of decisions and communications is observed, closing the loop.

One central, traceable evidence base

Collected material is organised in one repository. Every item may retain its source, publication time, author or account where available, the original link, the reason it was judged relevant, its geography, its sentiment label and its evidence history — the discovering monitor included. Analysts work from traceable evidence, not disconnected screenshots or unexplained numbers.

From noise to relevant intelligence

SPECTRA does not treat every keyword match as important evidence. Collected material is checked and scored to reduce loose matches, duplication and irrelevant noise — so what reaches the analyst has already earned its place. And every chart leads back: a headline figure is never the end of the story. Analysts drill straight through any number to the underlying items behind it.

Sentiment, trends, themes and voices

Each collected item is labelled positive, neutral or negative, and analysts can watch how the mix shifts over time — whether negativity is rising or falling, which monitored subject carries more negative evidence, when mentions spike and how activity settles after an event. Recurring themes and frequently appearing voices are surfaced and ranked. One caution is built into the product: visibility within collected material is not proof of influence, coordination or public support, and sentiment is not a measure of what a population thinks.

Anchored to real places

Evidence can be associated with the places actually being discussed. Three distinctions that must stay separate: the monitor target (where a monitor is configured to watch), the publisher location (where the author is based), and the place discussed (the location the content is about). Geography is read from the evidence itself — SPECTRA does not imply individual-level location data.

From live evidence to management-ready briefings

Structured executive reports carry major findings, evidence coverage, dominant themes, sentiment, geography, recurring actors, a timeline and supporting references. Conclusions are never presented bare: every finding remains linked to its supporting references, so leadership can test any claim against the underlying evidence.

Intelligence that flows into disciplined action

Approved material is scheduled or published through supported channels, and the resulting environment is measured — closing the loop. The approval step is a deliberate checkpoint, not a formality.

What SPECTRA is — and is not

  • An evidence-backed monitoring and intelligence platform — not an automatic measure of voter intention.
  • A central repository for traceable public information — not a substitute for polling or field research.
  • A system for identifying patterns, themes, sentiment and geographic context — not a system that treats every keyword hit as reliable evidence.
  • A decision-support tool with human review at its core — not a fully autonomous posting system.

Honest product boundaries

  • Supported sources, access, coverage and refresh intervals depend on configuration, permissions and platform availability. We do not claim universal ingestion, private-message access or complete real-time coverage.
  • Sentiment in collected content is not a measurement of voter intention or population opinion.
  • Findings need evidence and context; an AI label is not a certainty claim.
  • Human review remains responsible for decisions and communication approval. SPECTRA does not publish autonomously.
  • The linked environment is a user acceptance testing environment. Access may be restricted; UAT is not a claim of production readiness or a guaranteed open-access trial.

Frequently asked

Which sources does SPECTRA support?

The platform is designed around public source families: social platforms, video platforms, news and RSS feeds, and public web sources. Actual coverage, access, refresh intervals and any platform-specific limits depend on configuration, permissions and platform availability.

Does sentiment show what the public thinks?

No. Sentiment labels describe the tone of collected content. They are not a measurement of voter intention, population opinion or support for any person or position.

Does SPECTRA publish automatically?

No. Communication follows a controlled workflow — listen, analyse, decide, draft, approve, publish, measure — with human review as an explicit checkpoint. The system strengthens human decision-making; it does not remove human responsibility.

Is the linked UAT environment a finished product?

The linked environment is a user acceptance testing environment. Access may be restricted, and UAT is not a claim of production readiness or guaranteed open access.
