Established in Lagos in 2017, we work across applications, data, networks and enterprise platforms — connecting the technology an organisation needs with the outcomes it wants to achieve.
What Spectrometer is today
We are a privately owned technology services and solutions company, combining software development with broader technology delivery and long-term client support. Software engineering is our centre of gravity; data, AI, infrastructure and advisory connect around it. Our flagship product, SPECTRA, applies that engineering discipline to monitoring, intelligence and decision support.

Co-founded in Lagos
Spectrometer was founded in September 2017 by Lanrewaju Tutuola Ladipo and Timi Yves Elegba. Timi leads technology as Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer; Lanrewaju co-founded Spectrometer Ltd in September 2017. He is an entrepreneur with experience across food processing and manufacturing, electrical sales and distribution, and catering project management in the United States.

Spectrometer Ltd is established in Lagos, Nigeria, by Lanrewaju Tutuola Ladipo and Oluwarotimi (Timi) Yves Elegba — a privately owned technology services and solutions company.
The years since
Documented project delivery across public-sector data platforms, enterprise CRM, marketplaces, community and wellness applications — broadening from software development into data, networks and infrastructure.
