Timi Yves Elegba is the Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer of Spectrometer Ltd. A software architect and technology leader, he brings a career spanning UK public-service technology, financial-services systems and technology ventures in Nigeria.
He studied Computer Engineering at the University of Kent, Canterbury, and holds master's qualifications in Computer Information Systems and Distributed Systems and Networks. He began his professional career in 2007 with EzGov in the UK, before continuing into CACI's technology environment in 2010. In 2013, he joined Goldman Sachs as a Senior Solutions Consultant and subsequently progressed to Vice President.
Returning to Nigeria in 2016/2017, Timi brought that experience into software architecture, enterprise platforms and technology leadership. At Spectrometer, he helps connect commercial goals with practical engineering decisions, guiding the design of applications, data systems and connected infrastructure. The company's flagship SPECTRA platform reflects that interest in turning complex information into structured, evidence-backed decision support.
